• Japanese cooking experience for Vietnamese, Vietnamese cooking experience for foreigners（17:45～18:15）
• We offer outdoor BBQ or hot pot dishes. Each dish is Japanese style and local cuisine.（18:45～20:15）

• Dinner drinks: Fruit juice is complimentary, alcoholic beverages are charged. If you bring alcoholic beverages, a service charge will apply as per regulations.
• In-room drinks: 2 bottles of mineral water/person, 2 bottles of cola/room, 2 bottles of beer/room
• Performing arts by Muong folk dance troupe and famous Youtuber AHYTV (free for groups of 5 rooms or more) every night from 20:00 to 21:30

Accommodation policy

• Check-in: After 14:00
• Check-out: no later than 12:00
• Cancellation: Please contact us at least 7 business days before check-in date. If you cancel later than that, 50% of the room price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• If you cancel without contacting us, the deposit will not be returned.
• Early check-in and late check-out:

Within 3 hours : 20% room charge/room
3 hours to 6 hours : 50% room charge/room
6 hours or more : 100% room charge/room

• The price per room is a fixed price per room. If there are too many people, an additional charge of 700,000 vnd/person/1 extra bed (12 years old and above) will be charged.
• Children from 9 to 11 years old will be charged 50% service charge, children from 12 years old will be charged 100% of adult price.
• Please present your ID to the property manager upon check-in.
• If the furniture in the room is lost or damaged, we will charge the market price + shipping fee. All valuables (if any) will be kept at reception. If you do not deposit it at the reception desk and lose it, you are responsible for it.
